Zapador

Goal

Hold your sector for twelve campaign months. Earn 50 Solidarity through Sectors, Cadres, Resources, and Variety. Two actions per month—then the month's trial falls.

Setup

1. Choose your first cadre:
   • Quartermaster — Double supply gain; wards Supply Blockade
   • Diplomat — Double cash; wards International Embargo
   • Sapper — Reduces sector cost by 2; wards Aerial Bombing

Each Month

1. Take two actions (any combination):
   • Secure Sector — Cost: 5 Cash (4th: 6, 5th: 7). Sapper reduces cost by 2.
   • Gather Supply — 3 Supply base; each Quartermaster ×2 (×3 if next to Politician).
   • Gain Cash — 3 Cash base; each Diplomat ×2 (×3 if next to Politician).
   • Recruit Cadre — Cost: 3 Cash (months 1–4), 4 (5–8), 5 (9–12).
2. After your actions, maintenance: each cadre costs 1 Supply. If you can't pay, cadres are lost at random.
3. Then the month's event occurs. Cadres can negate specific events.

Cadres

• Quartermaster — Each counts ×2 for Supply (×3 if next to Politician); wards Supply Blockade
• Diplomat — Each counts ×2 for Cash (×3 if next to Politician); wards International Embargo
• Sapper — −2 Sector cost; wards Aerial Bombing
• Militiaman — Wards Major Frontal Offensive
• Commissar — +1 per cadre and sector at end
• Politician — Adjacent Quartermaster/Diplomat produce 3× instead of 2×

Events

• Supply Blockade — Lose half Supply (round up) unless Quartermaster
• International Embargo — Lose half Cash unless Diplomat
• Major Frontal Offensive — Lose newest sector unless Militiaman
• Aerial Bombing — One random sector destroyed unless Sapper
• Internal Purge — Lose all cadres unless Commissar
• Respite — No effect
• Foreign Aid Shipment — Gain 4 Supply and 4 Cash

Solidarity

• Sectors: 1 / 3 / 6 / 10 / 15 for 1–5
• Cadres: 3 each
• Resources: (Supply + Cash + |Supply − Cash|) ÷ 2
• Cadre variety bonus; Commissar bonus; full set of 5 sectors: +8
